Memberships are set up with EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Your payment drafts on the
1st of every month.
How Billing Works
- Monthly EFT draft occurs on the 1st of every month
- Automatic payments (no remembering, no hassle)
- Account must be current and in good standing
Account Freeze / Hold Option ❄️
We get it — life happens. That’s why we offer an Account Hold (Freeze) option.
THIS IS NOT AN ACCOUNT CANCELLATION. The account will be put on temporary hold.
- A fee of $10.00 will be drafted monthly for 3 months.
- Regular billing will automatically resume after the 3rd month.
- A hold must be enacted by the 7th of the month or the full amount will be drafted the following month and the hold will start the month after that.
- No refunds will be issued if automatic rebill reinstates.
- Hold can be done at the salon and only if there is no balance on the account.
Cancellation During a Hold
If membership is cancelled during a hold, the account will be reactivated and billed one more time
to satisfy the 1 billing cycle cancellation notice.
Re-Hold Policy
Three billing cycles are required between subsequent holds.
